Technical Specialist/Trainer (Cybersecurity) at Willers Solutions

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for conducting scheduled seminars and training sessions for both individuals and organizations.  
• Develop course curricula to achieve learning objectives and encourage active participation. 
• Conducts training sessions covering a broad range of cybersecurity topics, including but not limited to Network Security, Application Security (Web, Mobile, API), Cloud Security, and Security Operations Centre Incident Management.  
• Design practical, hands-on exercises and assessments to enhance learning outcomes. Deliver training through various mediums such as programs, webinars, and workshops, tailored to both group and individual needs. 
• Maintain accurate training records and evaluation metrics.  
• Prepare students for successful careers in cybersecurity through comprehensive training and mentorship.  
• Stay updated on the latest security best practices, threats, and technologies.  
• Travel to deliver training at different locations as required. 

Requirements 

• A minimum of BSc/ HND in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. 
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical specialist/trainer
• Proven track record as a technical process trainer in Cyber Security domains.  
• Hands-on experience delivering security testing and ethical hacking modules, including Penetration Testing, etc.  
• Proficient in conducting cyber security assessments, vulnerability testing, and exploitation engagements.  
• Possess expertise in facilitating seminars and workshops on these topics.  
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. 
• Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools.  
• Innovative thinker with the ability to devise creative solutions. 
• Proficient in delivering technical training in various aspects of Cyber Security, including Cyber Security Governance, Network Security, Application Security (Web, Mobile, API), Cloud Security, and Security Operations Centre Incident Management.  
• Any Cyber Security-related certifications are advantageous
