We are seeking results-driven Technical Sales Engineers (TSEs) to drive solution-based sales and business growth across key industries. This role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive solution-based sales and achieve revenue targets
Engage clients to understand technical and commercial requirements
Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations
Collaborate with engineering teams to support solution design and deal closure
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2–5 years’ experience in technical or industrial sales
Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills
