    Technical Sales Engineer

    Monthly Gross Salary: ₦600,000

    Are you a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in complex industrial and technical environments? Do you excel at bridging deep technical knowledge with commercial acumen to drive significant business growth?

    Lonadek Global Services is seeking a highly versatile and dynamic Technical Sales Engineer for our esteemed client. Our client is an innovative company specialising in industrial solutions and technical services, providing expertise in Project Management, Technical Procurement, Operations Management, and Technical Sales for sectors like manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure development.

     

    • This isn't just a sales role; it's a strategic position where you'll leverage your robust technical foundation and adaptability to:
    • Drive Technical Sales: Identify and secure new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle for complex technical products and services, and cultivate strong, lasting client relationships.
    • Lead Project Management: Oversee and coordinate technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Optimise Technical Procurement: Contribute to the strategic sourcing and acquisition of specialized equipment and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
    • Enhance Operations Management: Provide insights and support to streamline day-to-day technical processes and optimize workflow efficiency across various operations.
    • We need a hands-on problem-solver who can seamlessly pivot between these critical functions, ensuring efficiency and excellence across our client's diverse projects and operations. 

    The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or allied Engineering discipline.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive monthly gross salary of ₦600,000

    • Performance bonus of 25-30% of your annual pay, disbursed at year-end
