Technical Sales Engineer (Gas Generators) at Work Dey HR Services

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development for gas generators across LPG, NG, CNG, and LNG categories.
• Provide technical support to clients during pre-sales, installation, commissioning, and after-sales phases.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and system configurations.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, supply logistics, and technical deliverables.

Qualification and Work Experience

• A high-ranking B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing of gas generators or relate power equipment.
• Proven track record of business development in a reputable organization for at least the last 3 years.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Practical experience with LPG and CNG generators and gas storage tank operations.
• Strong knowledge of generator installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with LPG supply via bobtail trucks and CNG skid-mounted systems.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to gas generators and LPG/LNG/CNG systems.
• Excellent communication, sales negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong professional network across government and private-sector organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Tally ERP knowledge is an added advantage.
