    Technical Pre-Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.
    • Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups
    • Work with the sales team, be focused on positioning IoT to customers from a technical perspective
    • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to achieve sales targets within assigned territory.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
    • Build and maintain close relationships at all levels of customer organizations, striving to become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on IoT product offering and applications
    • Carrying out on-site and online product demos.
    • Build Proof of Consent (POCs) where appropriate
    • Design and build the appropriate pre-sales demonstration environment and keep this updated
    • Provide training to the sales team on all product and technical matters
    • Support of the sales team in the response to Request for Proposal with the completion of tender documents.
    • Participate in the project definition workshops and design sessions, to ensure consistency of messaging from sales activity
    • Provide follow up support as appropriate and required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience in Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration
    • 3-4 years of industry experience, including two or more years in a sales engineering or consulting
    • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Positive, service-oriented personality.

    Salary

    • N250,000 monthly gross.
