    Technical Hub Control Analyst

    Our Client, a top Electricity Distribution Company, is seeking to hire an experienced Technical Hub Analyst who will be responsible for supporting in the Hub dispatch daily operations of all vetted/audited fault orders generated from the CRM users to the responsible Field teams and ensure follow up resolution till closure within SLAs.

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

     Responsibilities

    • Primarily responsible for dispatching all Fault Clearing, DC-RC entries to various UT related Field teams
    • Understands the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and can manage the Field resources to ensure these are kept in line with the agreed turnaround time.
    • Oversees the assignment of jobs to the appropriate Engineer/ Technician using our custom dispatch console to promptly ensure that calls are resolved.
    • Ensures proper/ appropriate feedback is detailed in each Fault Order or Disconnection order
    • Responsible for Daily Report generation of faults that have been dispatched, worked upon, and ensuring SLAs' fulfilment.
    • Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements, including objectives and applicable regulations relating to the assigned job.
    • Perform any other activities as requested by the Line Manager.

    Technical Competencies

    • Electricity Industry Regulatory Knowledge
    • Operations & Maintenance Management
    • Safety and Health Compliance
    • Good knowledge of Electric Network and Assets
    • Deep understanding of principles and practices of IE safety management
    • Good knowledge of methods, materials, practices, and equipment generally used in the operation, construction, maintenance, and repair of electricity distribution systems.

    Skills

    • Problem Solving and Decision Making.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Great Written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to use a computer with relative ease and little or no supervision.
    • Good Knowledge of the Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Good Interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and effectively manage tight timelines.

    Qualification:

    • First degree in a Science Related Discipline or Electrical/ Electronics Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience.
    • Experience in a Power Distribution Sector will be an added advantage.
