Technical Head - Factory Operations at Nenu Engineering

The Technical Head - Factory Operations will manage Nenu's factory operations, including production planning, process optimization, quality control, maintenance, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and experienced in improving operational efficiency in a manufacturing setup. 

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management:

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Implement best practices in lean manufacturing/ Six Sigma to enhance productivity.
• Monitor production metrics (OEE, downtime, cycle time) and drive continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth factory operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in machinery, processes, and workflows.
• Drive innovation in manufacturing technology and process optimization.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.to minimize defects and rework.

Maintenance & Safety:

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of plant machinery.
• Ensure a safe working environment for employees.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical and operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP/SAP, CAD/CAM, Fiber laser cutting machine and production planning tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
