Roles and Responsibilities
The Technical Executive will have the following duties and Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the design, execution and delivery of qualitative and quantitative research projects from taking a brief to presenting result
• Involvement with projects of clients, including interpretation, instrument design, data processing, verification, analysis and statistical computations and presentation of findings
• Understanding the use of qualitative and quantitative research techniques within the context of humanitarian, developmental as well as marketing programs
• Manages training in fieldwork, data processing, analysis, interpretation and presentation
• Ensure quality control on all research instruments
• Planning, implementation and management of data collection and processing of all projects
• Enhance the integrity of the organisation through technical and professional efficiency

Competencies

• Consistently approaches work with energy, positive and constructive attitude
• Must have sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis tools for analysing data (i.e., SPSS, SAS, Stata, JMP, MATLAB, Atlas ti, Nvivo etc.,)
• Must possess sound analytical skills
• Should have ability to produce timely high-quality reports
• Sound ability of disseminating findings with clients and stakeholders
• Should have ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve set goals
• Should have strong interpersonal relationship and team leading abilities
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Time management skill
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be resident in Maiduguri

Requirements
Education
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/HND in social sciences, arts, psychology or related field
Experience

• Candidates should have no less than 5 years of experience in the research industry
• Candidates MUST be Resident in Maiduguri
