Technical Executive (Medical Lab Scientist) at Codix Pharma Limited

• We are seeking a Technical Executive with a strong background in Medical Laboratory Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to both internal teams and customers, ensuring product quality and compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that all products perform according to the manufacturer’s claims (Quality Control).
• Assist the Technical Manager in maintaining the complaints log.
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales/marketing team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Record and document all returned products appropriately.
• Document all issues and their corresponding solutions.
• Conduct timely field visits to clients using company products.
• Participate in internal and external product testing.
• Follow up with clients to ensure proper and timely quality control procedures are followed.
• Technical trainings and retraining internal and external customers
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS)
• Cognate work experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & ERP solution
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
