    Technical Customer Success Manager

    You will monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. This role plays an important part in our company’s customer retention. Knowledge of FMCG processes is an added advantage. Our customers include FMCG manufacturers as well as large scale distributors who use our solution to manage their sales and stock.  

    Job Responsibilities:  

    • Handling issues/bugs that are raised on our ticketing platform by replicating the issue on the app with a first level check.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product stability throughout the software development lifecycle. 
    • Check for maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms. 
    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution. 
    • Engaging with clients in reproducing and resolving issues/tickets.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:   

    • API Testing (API Automation skill is also an added advantage) 
    • Achieving Bug Free Application and Ensure Product Meets Specification/Requirement. 
    • Liaise with Project Manager, Developers to ensure that the application meets business requirements and client’s expectation. 
    • Identifying, reporting of application bugs. 
    • Database (SQL) Testing 
    • Minimum 3 years+ minimum experience. 
    • Experience in SaaS sales / Regional FMCG sales with use of sales force automation solutions is an added advantage. 
    • First degree from a reputable university/polytechnic
