Technical Buyer at Promasidor

Responsibilities

• Receipt & Processing of RFQ, issuance of LPOs and delivery schedule
• Initiate the process of tenders & bids for long term orders.
• Carry out market survey
• Support Supplier identification, development, and categorization
• Ensure materials’ purchase from manufacturer or OEM representative
• Maintain an activity monitoring schedule that captures the documentation
• Keeping record of price trend
• Management of Invoices and SOA submission
• Carry out any other assigned tasks

Job Requirements/Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree OND, Purchasing and Supply
• At least two years’ experience in related field
• Good knowledge on importation process
• Relevant Professional Certification will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills:

• Must be familiar with foreign importation and documentation
• Market Intelligence
