The Technical Buyer will be responsible for managing procurement information and documentation, ensuring accurate recording and timely disbursement of purchase orders to vendors. This role will oversee the completeness of all procurement processes for each transaction, maintaining compliance and efficiency throughout the procurement cycle.

• Receipt and processing of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and issuance of Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
• Initiate the process of tenders, bids for all approved internal order /requests.
• Sourcing of mechanical and electrical items for factory machines for efficient.
• Keep up to date procurement information on all transactions and log.
• Monitors all orders and ensures complete delivery and reports any incomplete transaction.
• Keep track of all price gains or loss on all items to support decision-making.
• Ensure that all vendors receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly.
• Keeping record of price trends and market research.
• Management of invoices and Statements of Account (SOA).

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supply or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of importation process.
• Proficiency in the use of computer systems and applications.
• Sound knowledge of Press machine operation.
• Background in Cocoa processing plants.
• Mechanical and Electrical procurement skills.
