Job Summary

As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical and administrative support to the General Manager and operations, ensuring the smooth execution of operational strategies, technical projects, and business initiatives. The role involves advanced data analysis, reporting, coordination, and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical support to the General Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring operational activities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring seamless collaboration on operational initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, computer science, applied science or any other relevant field of study.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Data Analytics or Business Intelligence certifications or any relevant certification in project management or operations will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering or technical operations role, preferably in manufacturing, construction, oil and gas, or a related industry.
• Power BI proficiency is a must.
