Technical Account Manager (Capital Markets Software) at Foteino Talento

• This role serves as the bridge between customers, support, implementation, product, and engineering teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution, successful deployments, and an excellent customer experience.
• The role is suitable for someone who combines customer relationship skills with strong analytical ability, financial market awareness, and enough technical understanding to work effectively with software developers, infrastructure teams, and client IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and serve as the primary point of coordination.
• Track and resolve customer issues and escalations.
• Support implementations, upgrades, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Gather and document customer requirements.
• Provide clear customer-facing updates and reports.
• Identify opportunities for customer adoption, renewal, upsell, and expansion.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Product Support, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Support.
• Experience with financial institutions, fintechs, stockbrokers, fund managers, banks, PFAs, or capital markets operators is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, web applications, and software support processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and CRM/ticketing systems.
