Recruit candidates for training programmes.
Manage communications with all stakeholders.
Define pricing and credit strategy for programmes.
Conceptualise sales and market engagement strategy.
Manage risks for the programme's successful outcome.
Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects.
Initiate extra activities and interventions to address arising challenges.
Manage third party (internal teams and external suppliers) contributions to the programme.
Report progress of the programme at regular intervals to required and various governance forums.
Contribute to programme budgeting on behalf of sponsors, monitoring expenditure and costs.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Qualification in Sales and/or Project Management (advantageous).
5-8 years sales experience of technology and/or training solutions to end users, corporates, government.
agencies or non-profit organisations is required.
Experience in a start-up environment.
Experience mentoring and coaching sales teams.
Fair knowledge of human resources management processes.
Experience planning, managing and delivering complex sales projects.
Previous responsibility for generating own leads and managing complete sales cycle.
Experience in establishing sales desks and associated processes, tools, and techniques.
Demonstrable and quantifiable successes and track record in securing new business (B2B or B2C).
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word).
