Tech Project Manager at Terawork

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate development teams and other technical professionals to provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure effective collaboration and optimal performance.
• Allocate project resources effectively considering the skills and expertise of development team members.
• Implement Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and proactively address issues to minimize their impact on project success.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial constraints.
• Ensure software development adheres to established coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and team development.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, design, and QA teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software projects.
• Conduct performance evaluations for development team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6 years proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment, managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
