We are seeking a talented and motivated Tech Operations Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining, optimizing, and securing technological infrastructure.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our systems and contribute to the development of scalable solutions that drive company's success.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor our infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and security.
Implement and maintain automated processes for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of systems.
Collaborate with software engineers to design, build, and deploy reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions.
Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Conduct regular system audits and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents in a timely manner, troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively.
Document processes, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system administration, network operations, or DevOps.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
