Team Member, Fraud Support & Remediation

Job Description
- To ensure that all fraud and operational loss exposures due to Interswitch and/or its participating entities are remediated as a follow up to efficient and effective funds recovery procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operational and fraud loss remediation.
- Maintain and update an inventory of recoveries for planning and strengthening existing control measures within the Company.
- Engagement with financial Partners on recovery and remediation of operational losses.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure settlement of recovered funds.
- Adhere to the process for recovery of lost resources with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide input on post mortem analysis and recommendation to Line Management for improving internal control.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any related field/discipline.
- 0 - 1 year relevance experience.
