Team Lead, Liabilities & TOD at First Bank

• Develop strategies to maintain the bank’s leadership position/market share in cheap deposit mobilization across all business accounts especially SMEs. 
• Drive product uptake and increase share of the wallet as well as increased Top Of the Mind Awareness (TOMA) of Liability Products and SME credit products (digital & TOD) 
• Drive automation & digitalization of SME Working capital Loan Products to enable the Bank gain market share of enlisted Principals and also attract new business.
• Ensure Profitability of products managed
• Product development and management
• External and internal resource management 
• Cost control management and income maximization
• Business creation and retention 
• Develop and deploy competitive strategies that will enable the Bank efficiently manage its Retail Liability Products and other Retail Asset products and significantly improve customer experience.   
• Develop industry knowledge in relevant sectors to aid bankwide training of staff on products knowledge.
• Develop managerial and entrepreneurial skills and also provide the right leadership for Team members. 
• Provide first level marketing support to businesses in transaction and deal structuring as it relates to debt/equity financing and financial advisory services.   

 JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education 
Minimum Education:   First Degree, higher degrees MBA/professional certifications will be an added advantage
    
Experience 
Minimum experience – Five years of relevant experience
