Team Lead, Engineering at Lash Technologies

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Reports to the CEO & CTO
• Day to day running of the engineering team
• Design and architecture of our API
• Providing leadership for all engineering projects
• Creating and Managing Servers/Database.
• Create and Manage deployment process (CICD)
• Hands on coding and development.
• Frontend and Backend development
• Breaking high level projects to tasks and tickets
• Chairing the engineering team meetings.

Requirements
Required skills will include:

• Degree in any course.
• 3 - 5 years experience using Laravel framework.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Proven experience working with React.js and blade template.
• Proven experience with Object Oriented Programming PHP
• Proven experience working with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience using Laravel Eloquent
• Extensive experience working with AWS and Git repositories (GitHub)
• Experience of Agile Scrum Methodology
• Experience with API Integration (Payment Gateway/Analytics)
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail.
