Team Head, IT & Digital Solutions at FundQuest Financial Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support across digital banking channels, particularly Mobile, Web, USSD, and Cards
• Providing applications support on a suite of core systems, including the Core Banking Application and such similar enterprise applications
• Maintenance and administration of cloud services and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and 365
• Performing local networking functions – modem, router, switches, firewalls and implementing best practices in IT service management
• Supporting the operations teams to ensure business continuity and optimal software performance
• Providing leadership and coordinating the efforts of software developers and technology partners
• Expected to have a minimum of First Degree in Computer Science or a related field plus at least, 4 years’ experience in a similar role
