Teachers Recruitment at Akwa Ibom State

The Akwa Ibom State Government has ordered for the immediate employment of more than 1000 teachers to shore up the manpower in secondary schools in Akwa Ibom State.

To this effect, the state secondary education board are inviting application from suitable qualified candidates for a teaching career in the Akwa Ibom State Secondary School Board.

QUALIFICATION FOR APPOINTMENT

1. To qualify for appointment, the candidates must posses any of the following certificates:

B.Ed, B.A, B.Sc, B.Tech
M.Ed, M.A Or M.Sc
Higher National Diploma
In the relevant subject areas with a minimum pass grade of 2nd Class Lower Division (2/2), A Second Class Upper Division (2/1) and A First Class will be of an added advantage.
