Job Summary

• We are seeking a Tax Technology Manager to oversee the development and delivery of digital compliance and business solutions.
• The role blends tax expertise with project management of technology builds, ensuring the final solution is not only technically sound but also aligned with tax compliance requirements.
• The candidate will manage timelines, coordinate developers, and serve as the bridge between technical execution and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the development of compliance-driven technology platforms.
• Serve as the liaison between developers, management, and regulatory requirements.
• Review deliverables to ensure technical and compliance standards are met.
• Oversee timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Conduct compliance reviews and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support change management and end-user readiness.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Accounting, Taxation, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CITN) is an advantage.
• At least 5 years’ experience in tax consulting, audit, or regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Compensation

• Hourly rate pay of N1,800 to N2,500 per hour, depending on proof of expertise and experience. Weekly billable time is set at maximum of 40 hours.
