Tax Accountant at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

DESCRIPTION:

The Tax Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and proper documentation filing of all organization tax returns. This Accountant coordinates and reports on all tax related activities under the Supervision of Tax Manager will reconcile general ledger systems in order to guarantee that there is integrity and accuracy in all financial records.

REQUIREMENTS

• First degree/HND in accounting, economics, or any other finance related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification e.g. ACIT, ACA, ACCA will be an added advantage.
• 3 to 6 years’ experience in tax administration and tax audit in a global multinational or tax advisory firm
• Familiarity with good accounting practices and the Nigerian tax policy environment.
• Computer software skills, including Excel and accounting packages – SAP, SUN System etc.
• Awareness of applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
