Talent Management Specialist at Zedcrest Capital Limited

JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Management Specialist will drive the design and effective execution of talent management programs across the group. S/he with work with various stakeholders to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop & drive strategic HR projects in line with the organization’s objectives.
• Drive change management campaigns across the organization. 
• Collaborate with HR Business partners and business leaders to deliver on Talent Management objectives across areas such as Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Succession Planning,etc.
• Monitor the implementation of HR initiatives against agreed benchmarks. 

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry with quality experience across Talent management functions.
• Proven experience in/knowledge of performance management, employee development, employee engagement, business partnering and strategic projects delivery/management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative, strategic and proactive.
• Reliable and organized.
