Talent and DEI Specialist at Tetra Pak

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Talent and DEI Specialist who will contribute to the goals of the Talent and DEI department by in implementing initiatives and actions for leadership development and talent management to strengthen Tetra Pak journey towards strategy 2030 and by leading projects to support Tetra Pak’s efforts in fostering a culture of belonging, equity, and respect for all.
• The role is a temporary replacement of a parental leave.
• In this role you will be based anywhere within Tetra Pak’s locations.

What you will do

Employee Engagement

• Support the yearly deployment of the Employee engagement survey
• Contribute to the launch of the new Employee Engagement platform 

Leadership Development and Talent Management

• Global responsibility for the following learning programme: Informal leadership, Remote leadership, Empower, People leader induction
• Global responsibility for Insights Discovery
• Design and launch of the global Career Day
• Support to the mentoring programme

Diversity Equity and Inclusion

• Oversee DEI learning (inclusive leadership programme, updates to DEI channel on myLearning)
• DEI dialogues and project management for ad hoc programmes in the Talent and DEI department

We believe you have

• 2-3 years experience in Human resources or in relevant area
• Passion for and understanding of Leadership development, Talent management and DEI
• Strong communication skills combined with business acumen
• Knowledge of project management
• Drive and result orientation
• Proven data management/analysis skills 
• University bachelor’s degree in Human resources or equivalent
