    Talent Acquisition Intern

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced HR professionals and learn about various aspects of the recruitment process.
    • You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities and gain valuable insights into the world of talent acquisition.
    • This internship is designed to provide you with real-world experience and enhance your HR skills.

    Responsibilities
    Talent Sourcing:

    • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various platforms, such as job boards and social media.
    • Participate in the initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

    Candidate Communication:

    • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and collect necessary documentation.
    • Coordinate and confirm candidate interviews with clients.

    Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR team by organizing and maintaining candidate records, files, and databases.
    • Assist in drafting and formatting recruitment-related documents, including job descriptions and job advertisements.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Participate in client meetings and assist in understanding client requirements and job specifications.
    • Provide support in building and maintaining client relationships.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
    • Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Eagerness to learn
    • Proactive attitude.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Any other relevant qualification is an added advantage.
    • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

    • Problem-solving skills.
