InEvent is looking for a TA Advisor who is fascinated by building a hiring pipeline process, with the motivation to search for talent using various online channels and to nurture relationships with new applicants. You must have a desire to learn in a fast-paced tech start-up and make it happen!
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment within a broad and complex portfolio of business roles;
Play a key role in forecasting and planning conversations, lead recruitment-related projects, and apply expertise to build strong relationships with managers;
Support the dynamic talent needs of our Global Growth, focusing on attracting new talent to our teams;
Actively attract a wide portfolio of tech and non-tech talent using various innovative online sourcing tools and strategies;
Interview, evaluate, and match skilled professionals to InEvent requirements;
Deliver brand-worthy candidate experiences;
Prepare monthly recruitment reports;
Help the team and company achieve monthly results by developing and driving;
accountability for personal talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
PRE-REQUISITES
Fluency in English to communicate and interact with global candidates.
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience is mandatory.
Must have ATS experience
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms;
Be responsible, have a sense of urgency and initiative;
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities;
