Tablet Compression Machine Operator at Dizpharm Nigeria Limited

The role will be responsible for operating and maintaining of Tablet Compression Machine, equipment used to compress granules into tablets to produce pharmaceutical products

Key responsibilities

• Setting up and adjusting tablet compression machines according to product specifications
• Monitoring machinery during operation to ensure tablets are formed correctly and meet quality standards
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the compression process
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and keeping work area clean and organized
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulations to ensure product safety and quality
• Documenting production activities and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with other production team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• OND or O'Level
• Prior experience operating tablet compression equipment in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing practice (GMP) guidelines and other relevant regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
