Job Description

The System Auditor (Power Auditor) would be responsible for the end-to-end system audit across our Brands. In this role, you shall ensure that operational control leakages are squarely plugged. You shall ensure that the integrity of the revenue chain from end-to-end is assure.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Liaise with commissary auditors on b/d returned to commissary. Checking to ensure declared b/d returns are correct and properly documented and signed off.
• Perform a review of physical b/d returned to commissary for every Dominos store nationwide and compare with system generated variances. Demonstrate that expected surpluses are captured and declared and stores with detected discrepancies are reported for appropriate sanctions .
• Ensure that the wastage, bad and damaged reports are carefully reviewed for compliance in terms of documentation, reconciliation to inventory and tracking records
• Consolidated inventory report review of selected stores at random and report discrepancies/shortages promptly
• Ensure that all cases of suspected bad and cancelled order are duly investigated and reported shared with management
• Special investigations on issues surrounding bad and cancelled orders and working hand in hand with regional auditors in this regard etc.

Qualifications

The Person:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Admin, Banking & Finance or any other related field.
• ACA is an added advantage.
• CISA Certification is a plus.
• 2 or more years of experience in related field.
• Experience in QSR is an added advantage
• High level of Initiative and drive. Result oriented attitude to work

• Ready at all times to assume any responsibility
