Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring land features, preparing survey reports, and ensuring that all measurements meet the required specifications and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, building, and topographical surveys using modern surveying instruments and software.
• Prepare accurate maps, reports, and survey drawings.
• Establish boundaries and prepare legal descriptions for land parcels.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain surveying equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Comply with relevant laws, codes, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Surveying, Geoinformatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience.
• Proficiency in using GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and other surveying tools.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid professional license or registration (where applicable).
