Surveyor at Adron Homes & Properties Limited

DUTIES:

• Conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other geographic features.
• Creating maps, charts, and reports based on survey data.
• Providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects, property development, and land use planning.
• Using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones to collect survey data.
• Interpreting legal documents, property records, and other relevant information to ensure accurate survey results.
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to support design and construction projects.
• Adhering to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all surveying activities.
• Staying updated on advancements in surveying technology, regulations, and industry best practices effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members throughout the surveying process.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying and property ownership.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc/HND in Surveying
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years post NYSC qualification experience.
• Candidates must have worked as Surveyor for a construction company
