Surveyor at Adekunle Ajayi and Company

Reports to: General Manager / Architect

Job Description: 

The Surveyor conducts land and property surveys to support construction, development, and legal processes at Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring accurate measurements and compliance with regulations.

 Key Duties: 

• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using GPS and other tools.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions for projects.
• Verify land ownership and boundaries for property transactions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project planning.
• Ensure surveys meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment for accuracy.
• Conduct field inspections and resolve boundary disputes as needed.

Qualifications: 

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of surveying experience.
• Proficiency in surveying software and equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS).
• Registration with the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS) is an advantage.

Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
