    Support Services Analyst III

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and support enterprise, client/server, and desktop computer systems and networks.
    • Analyze, identify, and resolve technical problems and system deficiencies.
    • Configure and install computer hardware and software.
    • Manage IT equipment and supplies inventory.
    • Upgrade and maintain hardware and software components.
    • Maintain IT hardware asset and software tracking.
    • Monitor and collect system performance data.
    • Provide effective technical support and customer service.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Extensive knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software, and network communication protocols.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Professional certification is an added advantage.
