Job Summary

• The Supply Chain & Procurement Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
• The role ensures cost efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.

Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee the entire supply chain process from planning to delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability where necessary.
• Coordinate demand planning and forecasting with relevant departments.
• Ensure efficient warehousing and distribution processes.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, engineering, HR) to meet organizational needs.

Cost Control & Optimization:

• Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Track and report on procurement and supply chain KPIs.

Risk & Compliance Management:

• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and procurement team.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Professional certification in supply Chain Management or Procurement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain roles in the EPIC industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
