Manage procurement, inventory and logistics activities at the facility to ensure timely, cost‑effective availability of goods, medical supplies and services.
Responsibilities
Process purchase requisitions and orders in line with procurement policy and approval limits.
Source and evaluate vendors; obtain and analyse quotations to ensure value for money.
Manage inventory of medical and non‑medical supplies, including stock levels, reorder points and expiry monitoring.
Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of goods; maintain accurate stock records.
Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment.
Maintain the vendor database and support vendor performance monitoring.
Support store management and periodic stock counts.
Ensure compliance with procurement controls, documentation and audit requirements.
Coordinate logistics and distribution within the facility.
Identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Logistics or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
Minimum of 2–4 years in procurement, supply chain or inventory management. Experience procuring medical and pharmaceutical supplies in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
