Supply Chain Manager at Sooyah Bistro

Who This Role Is For

You should proceed only if you:

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing supply chain, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Have worked in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as QSR, restaurants, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
• Have direct responsibility for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing SLAs, and controlling costs.
• Have managed inventory across multiple branches/outlets, with clear accountability for stock availability, wastage reduction, and demand planning.
• Are comfortable working closely with operations, kitchen, and finance teams to support daily business needs.
• Are currently based in Lagos or fully willing to work in Lagos.
