Supervisor at Metro and Castle

Location: Ajah, Lagos

The Supervisor is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day operations of the Supermarket, coordinating all activities in the store including sales, staff and operations management. He/She is also responsible for maximising profitability, and coming up with creative ways to drive sales 

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc in a relevant course
• At least 3 years’ experience managing a large retail store
• Possess leadership, accountability and ownership skills
• Young, vibrant and must possess a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate high level of verbal communication and interpersonal skills
