Supervisor- at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Duties

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
• Sound knowledge of people management is a must.

Skills:

• Effective communication
• Sound Computer knowledge ( especially Excel package)
• Had an experience as  a supervisory or similar role.
• Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.
• Open to learn.
• A team player.
• Transparent and dedicated to the job. Etc

Requirement

• Qualification: minimum of OND
• Experience: 1-3 years 

Salary: 75k.
