Supervisor / Cashier at The Label Store

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process customer transactions, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Train and support cashiers to maintain accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism.
• Ensure proper cash control, safeguard company assets, and minimize losses.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly financial and operational reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cashier, Supervisor, or similar role in a supermarket, retail chain, or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
