Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parking operations to ensure efficiency and smooth traffic flow within the facility.
• Ensure all parking equipment, including; ticket dispensers, payment machines, and barriers, is functioning properly.
• Handle escalated customer complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections of the parking area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor the facility's revenue collection processes, ensuring accuracy in ticketing and payment systems.
• Assist in financial reconciliation, ensuring all daily revenue is properly accounted for and recorded.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Onboard new employees
• Manage allocated float.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND Technical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Basic usage of Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a team and provide clear direction to staff.
• Proximity to Ikeja, Bonny Camp and its environment is a plus.
