Supermarket Supervisor at Supersaver Supermarket

Job Description

• Assisting in the administration of shop floor staff/Security
• Merchandising of stocks according to principles and ethics
• Management of stock re-ordering, ensuring that shop attendants submit their stock out the list on weekly basis to the procurement department and confirm the quantity to be procured based on history.
• Staff discipline and scheduling under the supervision of the manager
• Ensuring all procedures are strictly adhered to
• Preparation of roasters on Friday at the latest.
• Supervision of shop floor by: blocking of the shelf, first out, security of goods and neatness of shelf
• Any other duty that may be assigned.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 1 year of work experience.
