We are seeking a Superintendent Pharmacist, A senior professional responsible for ensuring the legal, safe, and effective running of a pharmacy. He or she will oversee all pharmaceutical services, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage both staff and operations to guarantee high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Supervise and manage all pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants.
Oversee procurement, storage, dispensing, and documentation of medicines.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide professional leadership and promote excellent pharmaceutical care and customer s.
Qualifications & Requiremrnts
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Current and valid license to practice as a Pharmacist.
3–5 years Post NYSC experience in community or hospital pharmacy.
In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations, laws, and ethical practices.
Strong leadership, managerial, and people-management.
