Overview

• We are seeking a Superintendent Pharmacist, A senior professional responsible for ensuring the legal, safe, and effective running of a pharmacy. He or she will oversee all pharmaceutical services, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage both staff and operations to guarantee high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Supervise and manage all pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and assistants.⁠
• Oversee procurement, storage, dispensing, and documentation of medicines.⁠
• ⁠Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• ⁠Provide professional leadership and promote excellent pharmaceutical care and customer s.

Qualifications & Requiremrnts

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Pharmacist.⁠
• 3–5 years Post NYSC experience in community or hospital pharmacy.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy regulations, laws, and ethical practices.
• Strong leadership, managerial, and people-management.
