Subcontract Administrator Engineer - E & I at Tecnimont SpA

Job Summary / Role Description 

• The Subcontracts Administration Engineer (E&I) contributes to the entering, in the specific Data Base, the works performed by Subcontractors and for detecting, both before and after, any deviation from budget values. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

• To contribute to the preparation of the Subcontractor’s accounts in accordance with the subcontract;  
• To check that the accounts prepared by the Subcontractor are in line with contractual clauses, with Project documents and have been approved by the Discipline Supervisors;  
• To analyse and check that all accounting documents have been duly approved and are accompanied where necessary by explanatory drawings and sketches;  
• To collect estimated quantities to completion and prepare the cost control tabulations. 

Knowledge & Qualifications

• University Degree in relevant discipline 

Experience:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry  
• Experience in Gas Plants and EPC Projects 
• Essential a significant (5 years) experience in a similar position

Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent English  
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Team-oriented skills,  self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
