Lead expansion efforts across locations by driving enrollment, awareness, and partnerships for TSM’s Graduate Development Programs (GDPs) targeted at graduates, early professionals, and NYSC members.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic enrollment campaigns across states and regions
Coordinate local outreach, institutional partnerships, and stakeholder engagement
Organize career seminars, info sessions, and onboarding events
Develop data-driven recruitment pipelines
Supervise Campus Ambassadors and local mobilization teams
Provide market intelligence and regional insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred in Education, Business, Economics, or related fields)
Minimum of 3 years experience in education marketing, program coordination, or youth engagement
Strong network within tertiary institutions, NYSC ecosystem, or professional communities
Demonstrated leadership and project execution capacity
