Sub-Contractors (Field Experience Required) at ADKAN Services

Description

• We are inviting qualified and experienced Sub-Contractors with proven building / construction expertise to partner on ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Applicants must have a strong track record, verifiable experience, and a portfolio of completed projects.

Scope of Work
Sub-contractors may be engaged across various construction trades, including but not limited to:

• General building works
• Masonry and blockwork
• Carpentry and formwork
• Tiling and finishing works
• Painting and surface finishing
• Plumbing and mechanical installations
• Electrical installations

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned construction works in line with project specifications and timelines
• Provide skilled labor, tools, and necessary equipment for project execution
• Ensure all work meets required quality standards and industry best practices
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate effectively with site engineers and project managers
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets
• Rectify defects and ensure proper finishing of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• Proven and verifiable experience in building/construction works (mandatory)
• 5–7 years’ relevant experience depending on trade specialization
• Demonstrated portfolio of completed projects (must be submitted)
• Technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Access to skilled workforce and necessary tools/equipment
• Strong understanding of site safety practices
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Registration with relevant professional or trade associations
• Experience handling medium to large-scale construction projects
• Strong track record of timely project delivery
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
