Structure Fitter at Amaiden Energy Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities but limited to;

• Fits and assembles structural frameworks, such as angle iron, H-beams, and plate steel,
• Using hand tools and welding equipment and following blueprint specifications.
• Periodically compares dimensions of assembly to blueprint specifications, using square, rule, and calipers
• Tack-welds fitted parts together or direct Welder to tack-weld parts.
• Carry out heat straightening of parts with acetylene torch
• Marking of control line before fit-up of material.
• Carry out edge preparation of structural member by using power tools
• Ensure dimensional control by using auto level and other dimension control equipments.

Qualification

• 3f.4f fcaw welding certificate
• 5 years minimum experience
