Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Structural Engineer with a specialization in bridge design and construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of bridge structures while ensuring safety, compliance, and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze bridge structures, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform structural calculations and develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Review and approve design plans, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
• Utilize structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, MIDAS, CSI Bridge) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex structural challenges, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes related to bridge engineering.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience (X+ years) in bridge design, analysis, and construction projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, MIDAS, CSI Bridge).
• Strong knowledge of bridge design codes and standards (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes, BS Standards).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with cable-stayed bridges is a plus.
