Structural/Civil Engineer at Periwinkle Residences

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural/Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of our residential projects. This role requires a strong understanding of structural engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural systems to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and documentation related to project progress and structural integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural/civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Strong proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
