KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Strategy/Operation manager preferably from top strategy houses or Big Four firms.
• Working appreciation of CCA's focus sectors and a track record of leading/managing complex projects.
• Industry experience in leading FMCG/real sector companies, demonstrating responsibility for budget delivery and team leadership.
• Alternatively experience in operations teams of reputable PE/Venture/Investment funds or Prior Ops experience in PE/Africa-focused investment funds.
